How long will your treats last? Probably only a few minuets if your pets love them like most do...but seriously, you can store them in a cool DRY place for up to a year. |
| Are your treats safe for people to eat? Registered as a pet food item, by law we are required to tell you that Chloe's Barkery treats are not intended for human consumption. However, we use only human quality ingredients so they are perfectly safe for people to eat and we have customers who like to share CB treats with their pets, but we do bake our treats for the pets, not us humans, so of course we would like them to get their share too. |
| How fast will my order ship? We bake our treats fresh almost every day & quality is extremely important to us. Small orders usually ship within 24-48 hours. Large multiple orders may take several days to prepare & ship. During high volume times, such as the holidays, please allow extra time. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us & we will be more than happy to work with you. |
| How many biscuits can I give my pet a day? That is completely between you and your pet(s). However please keep in mind that they are just a treat. They are not meant to supplement or replace a diet. So please make sure that they also eat a healthy wholesome diet. |
| How big are your treats? Your pets don't come in one shape or size so neither do our treats. We offer a variety of shapes & sizes so that you can choose the one that best suits your pet. |
| What's Chloe's favorite flavor? Chloe's Cheddar Crunchies of course! Our biggest sellers are Chloe's Cheddar Crunchies and Peamutt Butter Pleasers |
| What do you recommend for dogs that have special dietary needs? We are working hard to develop more treats for special needs dogs. If your dog has a special dietary need not addressed in our treats please contact us with your dog's special needs and we will do our best to develop a treat that meets those needs. |
| Do you have low fat treats? Veggie Lites are made especially for those dogs are over weight or on low fat diets. The fat content for each flavor is included in each treat description. |
| Do you accept Credit Cards? Our shopping cart online allows you to use all major credit cards, and out at the farmers markets we attend you may also use your favorite major credit card to purchase items. |
| Where are you located? Unfortunately we currently do not have a brick and mortar store yet but we are currently located at the New Braunfels Farmers Market on Saturdays and the Round Rock Farmers Market on Wednesday. |
| Do you ship your product? YES! We ship anywhere you would like nationally or internationally. |
