Minimum Orders
We do not require a minimum quantity to be ordered. Please feel free to order as little or as much as you would like. However, our treats are baked fresh to order and contain NO PRESERVATIVES. Please take this into consideration when deciding how much to order.

Returns
Due to the nature of the product, Chloe's Barkery considers all sales of pet treats FINAL. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Also, please keep in mind all shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Any non-perishable item sold may be returned less shipping & handling within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping
Please keep in mind we package all our treats with care, however, we are not responsible for lost packages or damaged treats due to the shipping process. Insurance may be purchased for an additional charge.

Farmers Market pick-up
Any items set aside for pick-up at the Farmers Market will be put back into our inventory to sell if not picked up after 2 (two) weeks.

Vermont residents
Regrettably we cannot sell treats to anyone located in the state of Vermont due to the regulatory laws of that state.
